Services for Older Citizens is holding a special luncheon in honor of National Senior Health and Fitness Day.
Seniors are invited to arrive early at 10 a.m. for a one-hour fitness program, specially designed for older adults. Classes are $3 each.
After the workout lunch will be served (at 11:30 a.m.) including healthy fixings. While everyone dines, they can listen to a presentation on fitness, nutrition and supplements.
