Grosse Pointe South Choir's Annual Garage Sale Sat. Oct. 5

WANTED...WANTED...WANTED...WANTED...WANTED
Thinking about cleaning out the attic, garage or basement before winter? Looking to lighten up before the holidays? We can help!

The choir will be hosting its Fifth Annual All-Choir Garage Sale on Saturday, Oct. 5 from 9 am to to 4 pm and WE NEED DONATIONS!.

To that end, we've put together a "Most Wanted" list to get you thinking. Nothing too big (antique furniture?) or small (diamonds or gems?) refused! We are looking to top last year's numbers, so please help us by starting to collect your gently used goodies now!

Most Wanted:

Antique and nicer decorative furniture/accessories

Designer items//vintage clothes/furs

Jewelry -- costume and otherwise!

Halloween costumes

Purses, Accessories

Quality Items for the home

Tools and stuff for the "Man Cave"

Books/CDS/DVDs

Bikes and outdoor equipment

Artwork

Thanks, But No Thanks

Clothing (unless vintage of designer)

TVs, computers, any technology that's more than five years old (unless it's old and cool enough to count as true "vintage" and be collectible)

Anything broken, dirty or half-used (candles,cleaning supplies, etc; you would be surprised what we got last year!.) 

"Well-loved" and odiferous sporting equipment 

Weapons (need we say more?)

Personal care items (shampoos, cosmetics, used hair accessories and tools)

Single mugs, glasses, florist glass vases, etc.

We will be accepting donations all week at the South MPR (Sept. 30-Oct. 4) from 4 to 8 pm. If you need a
pick up of larger furniture, that can be arranged... just let us know! (Contact numbers at bottom).
