Is more free time possible?

Years ago I could actually classify myself as a control freak, I could do everything successfully by myself. As the years pass and my family grows I have come to realize that trust in others is vital to my sanity and the sanity of others around me.  My homegrown company, Grosse Pointe Apartments, has grown too and since 2006 I have come up with ways of delegating duties. Asking and trusting of others was initially hard on me because like I mentioned before, I was a control freak. I now know, a company cannot run without trusted teammates, my team is instrumental in getting ‘things’ done without the need for me to micromanage everything and everyone around me. So, teammates to me equal free time and free time equals sanity and in turn, sanity equals happiness. Isn’t happiness always so desperately sought after? To me it is.

Equally as important as a team is being a good teammate. I am part of a team at home, playing local competitive sports and in my office with my Grosse Pointe property owners. Who makes up your team? Who allows you have more free time and in turn, more happiness? Grosse Pointe Apartments has long had a list of services offered and I believe it is time to offer ‘happiness’ onto our menu. Happiness is as important to me as it is to you and although I cannot promise you happiness in other aspects of your life, I can guarantee you happiness with your home or apartment rentals. A team that you can trust is pretty hard to come by, I was lucky enough to find mine and I would like to offer my entire team to you.
