Michigan-Made 'Butcher on the Block' Bratwurst and Gourmet Sausage Now Available Statewide through Kroger, Meijer and Spartan Stores

Butcher on the Block, a line of Michigan-made gourmet flavored bratwurst and sausage, announced a partnership with Kroger, the largest supermarket chain in the United States. Owned by Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based Arkk Food Company, the seven delicious flavors of Butcher on the Block will be sold in Kroger locations throughout Michigan.

The competitively priced product is only made with 100 percent boneless chicken breast, highest grades of pork and beef. It is gluten-free and contains no artificial ingredients.

“We use only the highest quality meats and proprietary blends to ensure our product is delicious and one-of-a-kind,” said Peter Andoni of Arkk Food. “We have the highest cheese content of any similar products on the market and these are packed so full of flavor, you don’t need to put any condiments on it — it’s so delicious you can eat it as-is.”
