Walt Matzke's Four Pianos Returns to The Berman Center for the Performing Arts for One Night Only

Back by popular demand, four exceptional master pianists on four exquisite grand pianos playing the music of Broadway, classics and more.

Experience the sound of four concert grands sharing one stage when the Berman Center for the Performing Arts once again welcomes “Walt Matzke’s Four Pianos: A Tour de Force on Four Grand Pianos” Saturday evening, October 18 at 8:00 pm. Program highlights include classical selections like Beethoven’s Egmont Overture, movie scores like The Ludlows from Legends of the Fall and for October Grieg’s In the Hall of the Mountain King and Saint-Saëns’ Danse Macabre. A majestic evening filled with intricate and beautiful music, clever anecdotes and humor along with a stunning finale featuring 32 hands on 4 grands!

This performance features Charles Aschbrenner, Jenine Bird, Katha Petroelje and Bryan Uecker, each an accomplished pianist in her or his own right. Together, they create a piano universe seldom enjoyed anywhere.
