Howell man arraigned for allegedly threatening circuit court judge (annarbortimes.com) — A Howell man has been charged with making terroristic threats after allegedly texting plans to kill a circuit court judge and describing bomb-making materials, according to the Michigan Attorney General. He was arraigned Wednesday in 53rd District Court and faces serious felony counts, while state officials urge Howell and other residents to promptly report similar threats or suspicious activity to local law enforcement.
