Jeffrey “Jeff” Wayne Westphal, age 47 of Howell, passed away unexpectedly on October 30, 2011. Born April 26, 1964 in Howell, he was the son of William I. and Olema (Deaton) Westphal. Jeff had been employed by Michigan Seamless Tube and Pipe of South Lyon for 26 years and enjoyed playing billiards and woodworking. He is survived by his daughter, Whitney A. Taylor-Hudson of Fenton; mother, Olema Westphal of Brighton; sisters, Peggy (Mike) Parks of Bitely, MI, Anita (Tom) Streng of Brighton, Wendy (Chris) Streng of Highland and De (Larry) Blanchard of Brighton. Also survived by 14 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, William (8/13/1995), brother, Leonard (7/25/2010) and nephew, Christopher Osborne (12/26/2004). A celebration of Jeff’s life will be held Thursday, November 3 from 1-4 PM at the Eagles Club, 414 Schroder Park Drive in Howell.
