• GCC holds commencement (mininggazette.com) — Gogebic Community College recently celebrated its 92nd commencement on the Ironwood campus, awarding about 220 degrees and certificates to local and regional graduates. The ceremony highlighted many high-honors students and featured a keynote from alumnus and Air Force veteran Mark Jurakovich, who shared his journey from Wakefield to national-level military leadership.
