M-40 bridge repairs over I-94 begin Sept. 30 in Paw Paw (michigan.gov) — Drivers from Kalamazoo heading through Paw Paw should prepare for lane closures on the M-40 (Kalamazoo Street) bridge over I-94 from the morning of September 30 through the evening of October 1. MDOT will invest $167,000 in resurfacing and markings, with one lane open each way and no left turns from I-94 ramps, aiming to improve safety and extend the bridge's life.
