Cedar Street at a City Council public hearing on Monday, Sept. 14, 2026, at 7 p.m. at City Hall. The plan would let the Lansing Brownfield Redevelopment Authority capture future tax increases from the improved property to reimburse eligible redevelopment costs, and written comments are also being accepted in advance.
