Leaders say the changes will extend beyond coursework to help students transition into employment, aiming to make LCC a more inclusive and practical option for Lansing-area families considering college.
   

• MSU researchers target major gap in women's healthcare (wilx.com) — Michigan State University researchers in East Lansing are using a multimillion-dollar NIH grant to build AI-powered tools that better predict how medications affect women, addressing long-standing gaps in drug testing. The project, based at MSU and involving national partners, could eventually help Lansing-area providers tailor prescriptions more safely for female patients.
