Michigan's Futsal Factory Academy is hosting the NFPL National Semifinals and Finals at Schoolcraft College on April 25-26 — and their semifinal is a revenge rematch against defending national champion BRUSA Futsal Club, the team that beat them in last year's final on penalties.
FFA's roster features players who came up through their youth academy since 2014, including goalkeeper Robert Franzese-Damron, who has played in a FIFA Futsal World Cup for the US National Team, and Thomas Dono, the reigning NFPL Golden Ball winner who balances playing with medical school.
The event is free and open to the public. Semifinal 1 tips off at 5:00 PM on Saturday, April 25. The Final is Sunday, April 26 at 1:00 PM. All games stream live on the NFPL YouTube channel.
