My group is participating in a special fundraiser through February 28. "Chemo Comfort Bags" which will be donated to the cancer treatment center at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. The bags will be filled with a blanket, chap stick, hand lotion, tissue, fluffy socks, hand lotion and hard candy.
Your $25 donation will provide a large 7 pocket zip-top tote bag. The completed bags will be given to patients undergoing chemotherapy. They can use the bags to carry their personal items (books, electronics, drinks & supplies) to/from their treatment appointments.
