It's time for Applefest at Wolcott Mill Metropark Historic Center, with the focus being on -- you guessed it -- apples. Vistors will be able to sample different varieties of apples, make apple crafts, try apple recipes, make apple cider and hear some history on the fruit.
Visitors can also help decorate one of five scarecrows. Materials will be provided. Cider and donuts will be available.
