Aspen Restaurant is bringing out a special menu for New Year's. Beginning at 4 pm Dec. 30 diners will get to order goodies like Lobster Tail, Chicken Neptune and more. The specials will be available all day Dec. 31 as well. Call for more mouth-watering details.
