Wolcott Mill Historic Center is hosting "Halloween Party Time" from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 23. Kids will enjoy games, watch a Halloween cartoon, visit a slightly haunted barn, plus make a haunted gingerbread mansion and salt dough ghosts. Children and adults are welcome to attend in costume.
Program is for ages 3 and older, accompanied by an adult. Preregistration and prepayment -- $5 per child -- are required.
