St. John Health CareLink is partnering with Macomb Township Parks & Recreation to present free health and wellness seminars for those 55 and up.
Upcoming dates and topics include:
- Feb. 15 — Women and Heart Disease: Learn symptoms and risk factors and what to do in order to maintain better heart health.
- March 15 — Thyroid Disease: Learn symptoms of overactive and underactive thyroid, as well as risk factors and treatment options.
- April 19 — Alzheimer's Disease: Learn the warning signs, understand the behaviors and discover some of the treatments available.
All seminars are free, and refreshments will be served.
