L'Anse Creuse North Choir to Perform with DSO Musicians

The choir at L'Anse Creuse High School-North will perform with musicians of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra at the John R. Armstrong Performing Arts Center. The concert begins at 7 pm Feb. 8.

For the first half of the show the DSO musicians will perform two movements from “Faure Requiem” with choir members. Then, following intermission, the musicians of the DSO will perform the Mendelssohn Italian Symphony.

The DSO musicians are donating a portion of the proceeds to the L’Anse Creuse Foundation, a non-profit group dedicated to raising additional resources for L’Anse Creuse students and programs.

Gold Circle seating is $50 each and reserved seating is $25 per ticket at the JAPAC box office at 24600 F. V. Pankow Boulevard or by calling 586-783-6520.
