Chef Colleen Serra, who uses fresh, local and organic ingredients in her cooking, will be at Wiegand's Nursery to teach you how to make a special dinner for your loved one. On the menu: Chicken stuffed with Boursin cheese on a bed of orzo with grilled scampi in a sun-dried tomato cream sauce.
