The Lorenzo Cultural Center's latest exhibit is Michigan's Harvest: Food, Farming & Community, featuring lectures, exhibits and entertainment.
On Oct. 16, Rich Wieske, a beekeeper in charge of more than 60 hives in the area, will offer a history of honey bees, their vital role in ecological balance, how we can help further their survival, and how honey pollen and propolis can aid one's health.
Admission is free, but you must register at 586-445-7348 or visit www.LorenzoCulturalCenter.com.
