Lorenzo Center Lecture Tells You What Every Kitchen Needs

The Lorenzo Cultural Center's latest exhibit is Michigan's Harvest: Food, Farming & Community, featuring lectures, exhibits and entertainment.

At 1 p.m. Oct. 14, Bonnie Fishman, who trained at Le Cordon Bleu and who is a longtime restaurant manager and proprietor, will teach you how to prepare your pantry properly so you can cook "from scratch" and craft healthy and tasty meals on the quick.
