Macomb Township presents Party in the Park, a free family event. Stop in to celebrate the grand opening of Phase II in Macomb Corners Park. The fun and celebration include:
- A ribbon cutting at noon
- Detroit Institute of Arts' Inside-Out Art Exhibit, with seven famous art replicas temporarily installed along the new walking path
- Hot-dog picnic lunch, for the first 600 guests
- "The Incredibles" in concert
- KidZone with inflatables
- Strolling entertainment
- Family Fitness Station and "Fun Run/Walk"
- Kick-Start Toddler Soccer, for ages 2-5, plus more fun and games planned throughout the day
- Freckle the Frog photo opportunity -- bring your cameras!
