The North Branch of the library has a fun, exploration-filled activity planned for children between the ages of 2 and 4. It's an hour designed to help promote early literacy with themed activities. Kids will visit several stations to try any or all tasks, and everything will center around Bill Martin, Jr.'s "Polar Bear, Polar Bear, What Do You Hear?"
Registration for residents begins Feb. 7.
