Come sample Michigan wines at the Lorenzo Cultural Center, a luscious way to learn about vintages close to home. The tasting is part of the center's latest exhibit, Michigan's Harvest: Food, Farming & Community, running through Nov. 20. At today's presentation, Andiamo sommelier Heather Dean will offer a culinary tour of Michigan-made wines, including Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gamay Noir and Merlot, from renowned vineyards such as Bowers Harbor and Chateau Grand Traverse.
Dean will offer a short introduction to the wines and answer guests' questions. Light appetizers will be served at the tasting.
Tickets are $25 per person.
