The North Branch of the Clinton-Macomb Public Library has two Toddler Crafts programs planned on Valentine's Day. One is from 10-10:30 a.m., and the second is from 11-11:30 a.m.
Kids ages 2 to 3-1/2 can get creative and make a craft perfect for the holiday. Registration for Clinton and Macomb Township residents begins Jan. 31.
