Township Holds Tree Lighting and After Glow

Santa Claus is coming ... to Macomb Township.

Get into the spirit of the season as Macomb Township Parks & Recreation holds its 7th Annual Holiday Tree Lighting and "After Glow" 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30.

The festivity begins outdoors with caroling, words from Township officials and the kick-off of the Macomb Charitable Foundation Toy Collection campaign.

Then the jolly old elf himself will be making a special appearance to help with the tree lighting. After that the fun moves indoors, to the Recreation Center, for refreshments, crafts and "carol-o-ke" entertainment.

Plus, Santa will hear children's Christmas wish lists.
