Turning Point will hold a Trunk or Treat Saturday, Oct. 22 from noon-3 p.m. in the Macomb Parking Structure located at Market and Main streets. Local businesses and organizations provide a safe trick-or-treating environment where children go from car to car collecting candy and goodies. There will also be prizes and giveaways.
