Flooding Closes Roads Throughout Macomb Township
Much of Macomb's low lying areas have flooded due to Tuesday's rain, and caused several roads to close, or partially close due to standing water.
Macomb Township remains under a flood warning from the National Weather Service Wednesday afternoon after relentless rains soaked the area Tuesday.
As of 10 a.m. Wednesday, the north branch of the Clinton River was at 14.1 feet and rising. Flood stage is 15 feet.
The Macomb County Department of Roads is reporting the following closures, or partial closures, in Macomb Township as of 9:30 a.m. Wednesday:

- 24 Mile Road from North Avenue to Card Road
- (Now open) 21 Mile east of Romeo Plank to Heydenreich
- Heydenreich from Cass Avenue to Dunham (Clinton Township)
