• Michigan Tattoo Artist's Flock Camera Post Reaches 2 Million Views, Sparks Vandalism Reports (wrif.com) — A New Baltimore tattoo artist's joking Instagram offer of a free tattoo for anyone bringing him a Flock camera went viral, drawing images of damaged devices and concern from law enforcement. For New Baltimore residents, it's notable because the city council has already approved spending $7,500 on two Flock cameras to monitor license plates and vehicle traffic.
   

• Kim Mathers has been released from jail, reportedly is in rehab facility (macombdaily.com) — One of Kim Mathers' pending drunk-driving cases is moving through 42-2 District Court in New Baltimore, where she faces a felony operating-while-intoxicated third-offense charge with a possible five-year sentence. Recently released from the Macomb County Jail and reportedly in rehab, she has multiple October court dates tied to separate driving and assault-on-officer allegations across Macomb County.
