Bill Spence was born on October 18, 1950. He was born in Detroit. He was raised by both parents until he was five. When he was five, his mother passed. He was then raised by his father and grandmother. When he was a teenager, he liked to swim, his favorite band was the Rolling Stones, he liked Tigers baseball, and his favorite book was Moby Dick. He also was an Eagle Scout in Boy Scouts. When he was an adult, he became interested in running marathons. All the running sadly gave him an enlarged heart. He has fun fishing Up North in secret fishing holes. A piece of advice from Bill is to stay in school!
