
Christoph's ALL Stars holds its 5th Annual Charity Evening 6 p.m. Sunday, a benefit that offers comfort to children treated for cancer, raises awareness of childhood leukemia, and supports area childhood cancer research.
The charity came to be after Christoph Bartschat, a 10th-grader at Northville High School, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) in May 2007. Thanks to chemotherapy he's made a full recovery, and now the teen and his family operate nonprofit Christoph's ALL Stars in order to help others.
Guests can bid on silent auction items from 6-8 p.m., with a live auction beginning at 8 p.m. Items being auctioned include vacation packages, rare sports memorabilia, children's party packages, decorations for the home, jewelry, and restaurant certificates. If that bidding brings on some hunger, never fear, as strolling Italian specialties will please palates, thanks to a donation by Edesia at Home Chefs.

There will also be a wine bar, desserts, and music.
The event will be at the Toll Brothers Model Home, located at 17174 Crestbrook Drive in the Steeplechase subdivision in Northville.
