Friday Flicks: "Conviction"

In this film, a high school drop-out, played by Hilary Swank, puts herself through law school to represent her brother, whom she believes is unjustly convicted of murder. She hopes to help him in an appeal. "Conviction" is inspired by a true story and also stars Sam Rockwell, Minnie Driver, Melissa Leo, Peter Gallagher and Clea Duvall. The movie is rated R and was released in 2010.
