Fruit, fruit, fruit – Summers go way too fast and so does the bounty of fruit the season brings. Get your fill of all the yummy summer fruit choices while you can. It satisfies the sweet tooth in a healthy way.

Greek yogurt – Mix it with fresh fruit or granola.

Go-Gurt – Freeze them and eat as a frozen yogurt by Yoplait.

Celery sticks and peanut butter – If you don’t have a peanut allergy, this is an old-fashioned favorite. Add raisins on the top and make a log snack for your lunch.

Mozzarella and tomatoes – For the more refined pallet, you and your kids might like mozzarella, tomatoes slices, olive oil and fresh basil.

Hummus – This smashed chickpea dip is a great substitute for chips and veggie dip. You can mix with tabouli, smear on a pita bread or spread over a cracker.

Condiments are on the counter-Hiller’s has a variety of condiments including gourmet dips and spreads for your hotdog, hamburger or veggie tray.

Quench your thirst: lemonade, ice tea, soda, juices, water and all kinds of beverages to quench that summer thirst and cool down during a hot sunny day.
