Reel Michigan Film Work: Long Short Short, Discussion with Tiren Jhames

Tiren Jhames will delve into his 30+ year vault of acting experience, which has led him throughout Europe and the U.S., for a special Reel Michigan workshop. He will inform attendees interested in pursuing this art form on how to become successful. Tiren will discuss, his success and work in the Michigan film industry whether in front of the camera or on stage, and talk about his work on keeping the film incentive alive. He will share with you his secrets for what it takes to make it in the business.

The Northville Art House and charity partner, Forgotten Harvest, are proud to present the first annual “Reel Michigan” Film Festival on Saturday, June 25, 2011 at Genittis-Hole-In-the-Wall. Reel Michigan will feature a wide variety of Michigan-made and Michigan-themed short films, as well as two full-length features throughout the day, as part of Northville's Arts and Acts Festival, June 24-26. Included in these events are three not-to-be-missed workshops by local filmmakers and actors.
