• Beloved NFL Announcer's Wife Has Tragically Died After Battle With Illness (totalprosports.com) — A memorial gathering for Cindy Miller, wife of longtime Detroit Lions radio announcer Dan Miller, will be held Friday, October 16, from 3 to 6 p.m. at L.J. Griffin Funeral Home in Northville, with a service to follow. Cindy, a devoted Lions fan and former news producer and preschool teacher, is remembered for her warmth, family devotion, and presence at Ford Field games.
