The City of Novi Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department will host the artwork of Peggy Kerwan, a Novi resident, in the Civic Center Atrium Gallery. Kerwan's work will be displayed Oct. 6-30, and a public opening reception will be held 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6.
Kerwin combines painting, mosaic and paper sculpture to create what she's dubbed "whimsical expressionism."
