The city of Novi is holding a city-wide open house on Saturday, Sept. 24, from 11 a.m.- 2 p.m.
Refreshments will be served, and residents can meet police and fire department personnel, see demonstrations, enjoy kids' activities and games, meet with members of community organizations, partake in a perennial exchange, and enjoy a fun run and bike ride (beginning at 10 a.m.)
