The SouthEast Michigan Dahlia Society is holding its 59th annual Dahlia Show and Competition on Saturday, Sept. 10, from noon-5 p.m., and Sunday, Sept. 11, from noon-4 p.m. The show will be held at Orchard Mall.
More than 700 blooms will be on display. The competition is registered with the American Dahlia Society. Judging will be done prior to the show's opening on Saturday. After the show, each competitor will take their favorite flowers, and the remainders will be made available to the public.
