Fox Run Residents to Bask in Chocolate's Romanticism

Residents of Fox Run retirement community in Novi, MI, will feast on hundreds of chocolate  delicacies prepared by the nation’s finest chefs when they celebrate Valentine’s Day by  basking in the nostalgia and romanticism of chocolate . Family members of residents who have flown into Novi will also participate. And there promises to be a few “surprises,” according to the participating chefs.

Kevin Cunningham, Director of Dining Services and a chocolatier who admits to having a constant craving for  truffles and cheesecakes, will create many of the chocolate masterpieces himself as part of this “History of Chocolate” extravaganza..  The event will be held Valentine’s Day, Friday, February 14,  from 4 -  6:30 p.m., in  the Fireside and Signatures restaurants on the Fox Run campus located at 41000 Thirteen Mile Road.

The Entrée will consist of sliced beef tenderloin rubbed with organic cocoa nib, cinnamon spices and served with a chocolate infused red wine sauce.
