Lotus Bank, a State-chartered full service commercial bank based in Novi, announces the promotion of Usha Chinoy to Assistant Manager at the Novi office. The Novi office is located at 44350 W. 12 Mile Road in Novi. The announcement was made by Neal Searle, President & CEO, Lotus Bank.
In her role as an Assistant Manager, Chinoy is responsible for customer service, the training and supervision of Personal Bankers and the day-to-day operation of the branch.
“Usha has been with Lotus Bank since our founding in 2007 and she is an invaluable member of our team,” said Searle. “This is her third well deserved promotion, and it is an honor and pleasure to announce her new role as Assistant Manager.”

Lotus Bank was established in 2007 by Indian-American business and medical industry leaders from southeast Michigan to serve the business and personal finance needs of the region with a special focus within the Indian community. It is one of the most well capitalized banks in Michigan, with approximately $102 million in total assets.
Prior to joining Lotus Bank, Chinoy served as a Customer Sales Manager for a metro Detroit credit union. She also served a Customer Sales Manager for a prominent national bank, receiving high profile internal awards for her work. Chinoy completed the national banking exams, the CAIIB, from the Indian Institute of Banking andFinance. She also is a graduate of Bombay University.
