Man Arrested for Trespassing at Busch's

The following information was supplied by the Novi police. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Novi police arrested a man 8:49 p.m. April 10 for trespassing at Busch’s Fresh Food Market on Ten Mile Road, according to a police report.

The man also trespassed at Busch’s April 9, the report said. The store manager told the officer that the man had been inside the store and was told not to return, according to the report. The manager said the man had caused a disturbance and she didn’t want to approach him again.

According to the report, the officer arrested the man with the help of another officer. The man said he did not think he was banned from Busch’s but thought he was just told to leave April 9, according to the report.

He was arrested and briefly held at the Novi police station before he posted $100 bond and released. He has an 8:30 a.m. hearing April 22.
