The piece compares Novi's numbers with other districts and notes broader statewide enrollment declines since before the pandemic.

These are Michigan's top 50 public high schools for 2026, according to U.S. News (mlive.com) — Novi High School ranks 12th among Michigan's top 50 public high schools in U.S. News & World Report's 2026 list, keeping the city prominent in statewide education rankings. The report highlights mostly Southeast Michigan schools and evaluates performance using test scores, graduation rates, and college-readiness metrics across nearly 18,000 ranked high schools nationwide.
   

3. Football preview: 2026 Flint Metro, KLAA, MAC, CSC, MIAC, Independent team capsules (theoaklandpress.com) — Novi football fans get an early look at the Wildcats' 2026 season, with first-year head coach Logan Pawloski taking over after years coaching the team's offensive line. With most of the offense returning but seven defensive starters to replace, Novi plays one year in the KLAA Black before moving with Northville to the OAA in 2027.
   

4. 'Kaboomistry' and More! Michigan Science Center brings hands-on science directly to kids (clickondetroit.com) — Novi plays a behind-the-scenes role in the Michigan Science Center's Aramco Traveling Science Program, as Aramco's Research Center-Detroit in Novi helps fund hands-on STEM shows like "Kaboomistry" and "Frostology." The program will bring explosive demos, workshops, and even a portable planetarium to schools and community groups across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana during the 2026–27 school year.
