Community Rally: Good Trouble Lives On

The fight to protect voting rights never ends, and right now, we're witnessing a Jim-Crow-era effort from politicians and the billionaire class to restrict our freedoms, silence our voices, and consolidate power and wealth.

Six years after the passing of Congressman John Lewis, we're organizing a community rally to carry the torch, continue the legacy of good trouble, and pass it forward to future generations. Join us!

This event is organized by Concerned Citizens of Oak Park Area. CCOPA is a grassroots organization founded by concerned community members from Oak Park and surrounding cities to create a platform where people can stand up for social and political justice, and where we can foster community care. We do not represent a political party, nor do we endorse political candidates. Anyone who believes in human dignity, human rights, freedom and justice for all are welcome here.
