Compassion Through Cameras Appoints Ayres and Killenberg Muzik to Board of Directors; Positions the Non-Profit Organization for Further Growth and Community Recognition

CLARKSTON, Mich., Sept. 17, 2012 – Compassion Through Cameras (CTC) – a non-profit organization that provides advocacy, service and education to underprivileged children through photography workshops and awareness events – today announced that Pamela Ayres (pictured) of Bloomfield Hills, Mich. and Jessica Killenberg Muzik, APR, of Grosse Pointe Woods, Mich. have been appointed to the organization’s board of directors.

“Pamela and Jessica posses a wealth of knowledge and experience that I believe will be instrumental in aiding the growth and community recognition of Compassion Through Cameras,” said Kelly Donaldson, founder and executive director of CTC. “We look forward to having them on our board and assisting in our efforts to provide the children we serve with the opportunity to learn a skill and boost self esteem.”

Ayres is executive director of FAR Conservatory of Therapeutic and Performing Arts in Birmingham, Mich. Killenberg Muzik is vice president of account services at Bianchi Public Relations in Troy, Mich., as well as an adjunct professor at Wayne State University in Detroit.

As members of the CTC board of directors, Ayres and Killenberg Muzik will assist the organization by: acting as ambassadors and spokespersons for the organization; making policy decisions relating to programs, finances and public relations; and ensuring the financial support and integrity of CTC.
