Join the Rochester Symphony Guild for an unforgettable night of gourmet cuisine and sensational music as we welcome back Michigan jazz clarinetist Dave Bennett and his acclaimed Quartet.
Savor Taste & Tunes 2026 at the elegant Great Oaks Country Club in Rochester, Michigan, on Saturday, November 14th. The festivities begin at 6:30 p.m. with cocktails, followed by a delectable plated dinner from Great Oaks' culinary team. Enjoy the cash bar and be sure to browse our exciting silent auction featuring themed baskets, exclusive event tickets, luxurious overnight stays, gift cards, and more.
After dinner, prepare to be dazzled by Dave Bennett, known for his exhilarating performances. Bennett blends purity and power effortlessly, infusing every note with vibrant energy. Unlike most jazz clarinetists, his influences range from Alice Cooper and Stevie Ray Vaughan to Chris Isaak, making his shows a unique musical journey. Equally at home with Benny Goodman’s swing and Roy Orbison’s rock and roll, Bennett is a true virtuoso—one moment delivering classic jazz, the next singing rockabilly hits while accompanying himself on piano or electric guitar. Expect a performance that defies genres and leaves you wanting more.
Tickets for this memorable night supporting the Rochester Symphony Orchestra are $80 and will be held at the door. Reserve your seat by October 31, 2026, by calling 248-224-7660.
