Last Chance: Entries for Orion Art Center Exhibit Due This Week

Entries for the Re-Create Recycled Art Show at the Orion Art Center will be collected through Saturday.

If you've got an eye for art and enjoy recycling, don't miss your opportunity to re-purpose household and industrial materials and turn them into a masterpiece.

There's still a few days left to whip up a remarkable re-creation or find a design you've created in the past three years to submit to the show. But don't forget, entries are due by 3 p.m. Saturday.

Entries for the Re-Create Recycled Art Show can be dropped off at the Orion Art Center from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday. All mediums are accepted, there are categories available for all age levels and $850 in prizes will be awarded.
