‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ Celebration Planned at Orion Township Public Library
Special after-hours event for teens will test knowledge, skills and strength. Pre-registration is required.

The Orion Township Public Library is planning its own celebration to coincide with the highly anticipated November release of “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.”
The library invites teens to participate in “Hunger Games” that test of knowledge, skills and strength in a special after-hours teen event from 6:30-9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, at the library, located at 825 Joslyn Road.
Teens will play some Tracker Jacker tag, test their aim with Nerf guns and get sorted into districts. Registration is required at orionlibrary.org.

For more information about the Catching Fire Celebration, contact Kathleen Kozlowski at 248-693-3000, Ext. 303 or visit the Orion Township Public Library. Regular library hours are 9:30 a.m.-9 p.m., Monday-Thursday, and 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
“The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” will open in theaters nationwide on Nov. 22.
