4 Arrested In Kidnapping Of Twin Infants From Livonia Hotel: Police
Police said the boys were later dropped off at the Detroit Police Department's Ninth Precinct. It was still unclear why the boys were taken.

LIVONIA, MI — Four people have been arrested in connection to the Sunday kidnapping of twin infants, according to Livonia Police.
Officials issued an AMBER alert early Monday morning after the 14-day-old infants, Montana and Matthew Bridges, were taken from a Livonia hotel in a black Jeep Grand Cherokee, police said.
"The Livonia Police Department has made four arrests related to the kidnapping of Montana and Matthew Bridges, who were the subject of an Amber Alert on August 21, 2023," a statement from Livonia police said. "This case will be submitted to the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office for review."

The boys were then taken to a nearby hospital, where they checked out ok, police said.
"We have the best outcome possible," White said. "The two kids have been recovered."
It was unclear where the boys were before they were dropped off at the department's front desk, police said.
Police still have not determined why the boys were taken from the hotel room at the Quality Inn on Plymouth Road between Merriman and Middlebelt roads.
Livonia Police Captain Gregory Yon said the boys' mother left them with acquaintances at the motel and left for a period of time, but when she returned, she told officers the children and her friends were gone.
When police issued the AMBER alert, they believed the boys were in trouble because they were only wearing diapers and were last seen with two unidentified women.
Anyone with information about the incident can call either Detroit or Livonia police.
