* Watch Market vendor, Mary Jones of intu Specialty Teas, live on Fox 2 Detroit between 7:30 & 8:00 am, then plan to head on over to the Barn where 19 Michigan vendors will be selling their goods!

* Kids can join in our seed starting activity! We will be planting sunflower seeds to take home and add into their own garden! Look for the Master Gardener tent.
* Our friends from the Miller Elementary Brownie Girl Scout Troop will be holding a final pasta collection (or cash donations) for the Open Door Ministry. Pasta is distributed weekly to over 450 local folks in need! Thanks for your support!

- Peace, Love & Planet will be hosting a garbage graveyard game, teaching the fundamentals of decomposing trash.
- Kids can plant a sunflower seed at the Market that can then be planted in their own garden at home.
- Perennial Exchange May 19 & May 26. Spring is the perfect time to divide up those perennials in the garden and share them with your neighbors. Bring your labeled plants in containers/bags to the Master Gardner tent on the gravel drive where you can swap them out for something new for your garden!
