It should be a heated contest when the Novi and Canton boys hoops teams meet Wednesday night in Novi.
Novi was a 78-58 winner over Plymouth (14-7) in a Class A district game on Monday night and Salem was a 72-68 winner over Northville (11-10).
The Chiefs (15-5) were co-champs in the Kensington Lakes Activities Association South Division with Plymouth. Novi was the overall KLAA champion.
